   – Only items that are damaged, faulty, or have printing defects can be returned.

Artwork and Sizing Responsibility:

   – When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the artwork for spelling errors, colour accuracy, and element placement. By proceeding with the order, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with the artwork as displayed on the screen.
   – It is also expected that the customer has reviewed the provided sizing charts and measured accordingly. Different brands and sizes vary, so it is important not to assume sizes based on manufacturing differences in style, shape, and fit.

Customer Responsibilities and Disclaimer:

   – We are not responsible for the accuracy of the artwork for printing, as no proofs are provided. By proceeding with the order, you are approving the artwork as displayed online.
   – Please ensure that any uploaded artwork for printing is not copyrighted; it is the customer’s responsibility to verify this.
   – We are not liable for low-resolution or low-quality images. The online designer tool will indicate if the artwork falls below the recommended quality for optimal printing.
   – Customers are responsible for selecting the correct colour, style, and size at the time of ordering. Please review your order carefully.
   – We cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. Once the item is dispatched from Custom Printed Tees, we are not accountable for Australia Post’s delivery timeframes.
   – It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses and details during checkout.

To Return Your Items:

  – To initiate a return, please email within 14 days of receiving the item.
  – Please include your order email address, order number, and reason for return, attach photos clearly showing the fault or damage, and indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
